Prior to establishing lit Inc., Taiko Aihara led the brand training division at companies such as Estee Lauder, Gucci, and L'Occitane where she developed, planned and instituted various training and educational programs. Aihara brings over two decades of experience in retail management training to her role at lit Inc., providing consultation and corporate seminar services focused on developing communication, leadership, and management skills as well as neuro-linguistic programming in relation to retail sales and services.
